Food Choices and Sources
The foods we eat come from a variety of sources and often contain ingredients we don't even recognize. The goal for 7th grade FCS students is to be able to better understand and evaluate the ingredients and nutritional aspects of the foods they choose to eat. Monday (8/31) -- Factors that affect our food choices Tuesday (9/1) -- Our personal elements and favorites Wednesday (9/2) -- Office hours: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm (link is in Schoology) Thursday (9/3) -- Fresh and processed foods / local & global food sources Friday (9/4) -- A closer look at ingredients & food labeling
